Made it to Kaiteriteri

Today we rode 28 miles in perfect weather with beautiful views.  And the best part, ‘they’ saved the last hill for the very end…we both walking our bikes.

Tomorrow is a day of rest.  Rest from cycling, but not from activities.  We’re scheduled a boat drop-off to hike 7km inside the Abel Tasman National Park.

Then it’s back on our bikes!

Big sisters are the best.

Here the kids ride to school; there are no parent drop-off lanes.

Sundog

Check out the hedges!

Life cycle of eels! Lifespan 100 years?!

For Monty

“Did you enjoy the bike park?” He asked.

Last hill was to our accommodations.
